All designs created by me are protected by copyright.

Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed, I retain full ownership of all work. Copyright is not transferred.

Usage Rights

After full payment, the client receives a license to use the final design for the agreed purpose (for example: personal use, commercial use, print, online).

Scope of License

The license applies only to the agreed usage. Any additional use, modification, resale, or redistribution requires written permission.

Modifications

Clients may not alter the design without consent, unless agreed beforehand.

Portfolio Use

I reserve the right to display completed work in my portfolio, on my website, and on social media for self-promotion.

Third-Party Assets

Any fonts, images, or assets from third parties remain subject to their original licenses.
